What it is
Commercial electrical is everything a working business needs once the doors are open: the service and panel feeding the building, the distribution behind it, and every circuit that lands on equipment. Before you order a compressor or walk in cooler, we check that the service has the capacity, voltage, and phase it needs. Three phase gear on a single phase building, or 240 volt gear on a 208 volt service, is a problem spare amps will not fix. We handle service and panel upgrades, three phase distribution, LED retrofits from warehouse high bays to parking lot poles, dedicated equipment circuits, EV charging, and repairs you do not have to close for. How we run it
Site visit
We walk the building with you or your general contractor, read the existing service, pull the demand history from APS or SRP or set a recorder if there is none, run the load calc, and write a real number for the scope. No guessing from a phone call.
Permit and schedule
We pull the permit with your city or the county, over the counter for small circuit work, through plan review for a service upgrade or new three phase: a one line, a load calc, and APS or SRP sign off before anyone touches the service. We build that time in and set the schedule around your hours so any shutdown lands when it costs you the least.
Install and inspect
Clean conduit, every circuit landed and labeled, panel schedules updated. We meet the inspector, then hand the building back to you running.
Questions
Yes. We work directly for owners and property managers, and as the electrical sub under a general contractor. Either way you get a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor, Arizona ROC 338610, that pulls the permit, meets the inspector, and closes the permit out as part of the job, not after you chase it. Most of it, yes. Lighting retrofits, new circuits, and repairs can usually run before you open or after you close. A service or panel change needs a planned shutdown. We schedule it with you, and with APS or SRP when the meter or service is touched, for your slowest window, and tell you the outage length up front.
Swapping lamps only usually does not. Swapping the fixtures themselves in a commercial building is an alteration, so plan on a permit. Replace enough of a room's fixtures and the energy code usually adds controls like occupancy sensors. New circuits, poles, and panel work always need one. We tell you which applies and pull it, city or county.
