Remodels and Additions
Kitchens, baths, additions, and garage conversions wired into the existing system without drama.
What it is
Remodel work is harder than new construction because the house fights back. Circuits share walls that are leaving, the panel may not have room for the new kitchen, and everything has to tie into a system installed decades ago. We scope the electrical early so it does not become the surprise line item, keep the rest of the house live while we work, and land the new work to current code with the permits your city expects.
When you need it
- →A kitchen or bath remodel is adding circuits the old panel may not have
- →An addition or garage conversion needs its own subpanel
- →Walls are opening up, the cheapest wiring moment the house will ever have
- →The remodel scope includes moving the panel or service
How we run it
Scope early
We walk the plans before demo so the electrical number is real, not discovered mid job.
Rough in
New circuits, subpanels, and relocations coordinated with your schedule.
Finish
Devices and fixtures set after paint, inspected, and punch listed to zero.
Questions
New circuits, moved outlets, and panel work require electrical permits in every West Valley city. Fixture for fixture swaps generally do not. We handle the permits that apply.
Modern kitchen code wants several dedicated circuits and older panels are often full. We check first, and if a panel upgrade is genuinely needed you see the math, not just a bigger bid.
