New Construction Wiring

Full electrical for new homes and builds: service, rough in, and finish, with the lighting details that make the photos.

What it is

New construction is where a nice house becomes a finished one. We run service, rough in, and finish, we execute the lighting plan and improve it when the plan meets the actual framing, and we sweat the finish details: straight rows of cans, level fixtures, switch banks laid out the way a hand expects them. Residential and commercial, from a casita to a full custom home.

When you need it

  • You are building a custom home or an owner builder on a lot
  • A project has a real lighting design that needs executing, not value engineering
  • Outbuildings, shops, casitas, and sheds that need full service
  • A builder who needs a sub that hits schedule and finish grade

How we run it

01

Plan

Load calc, service size, and a fixture schedule walked against the plans before wire is ordered.

02

Rough in

Every box, home run, and can placed to the plan and photographed before drywall.

03

Finish

Devices, fixtures, and trims set, then a final walk with the punch list at zero.

Questions

Yes. We are used to walking owner builders through service sizing, inspection sequencing, and fixture budgets without the jargon.

Both. We handle residential builds and light commercial work, and we are happy to talk through a project of any size.
